Deposit / Cancellation Policy
All appointments require a deposit/booking fee via bank transfer at the time of booking(redeemable against treatments booked), in the event of a cancellation 48 hours or less, or in the event of a no show the booking fee is non-refundable and the cancellation policy will apply.
